At The Mad Potter, we want you to love your handcrafted home goods; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all ceramics and decor are returned in their original packaging to prevent breakage during transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack With Care

  Securely wrap your pottery in its original bubble wrap and boxing to ensure it arrives safely back at our studio.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
